Hello everyone! I have been busy with an important things (the list of important things: sleeping till noon, lying on sofa, watching cartoons with my son) that's why there were not new works. But every day i was checking the site, watching works that have been made by my colleagues from different countries. I have to notice they are doing good work, so I can leave in peace. Well... I come here every day and every day i see the same thing: some of our dear visitors are thinking that they must write into comments some random incoherent symbols or post several messages with one smiley. I got tired by deleting spam. And I made this lady to help us, admins.

Couple of days ago our amigo Laie has made this ridiculous guy, but after a little thoughts he decided to make a girlfriend for him.

Continuing the good tradition of codes standardizing for all popular Internet-pagers, I present you a set of smileys for the pager R&Q, simply "Rats" KOLOBOK For R&Q. Original. This set is made by Andrewbonds. This set is identic with the main ICQ-codes and is based on the standard smileys pack for QIP. All fans of the Rat can leave they wishes and thanks in the special topic on Forum for suggestions.

What many were waiting for has finally happen. KOLOBOK For IEView. Original [Big Pack] for Miranda IM is ready and can be downloaded in the section of files for pagers. In the archive you can find an identic copy of the extended set for the QIP-client KOLOBOK For QiP. Original [Big Pack]. In the set for QIP I made a mistake having duplicated one smiley, that’s why its place took a smoking kolobok in QIP as well as in Miranda.

Working on this set I found out a strange mistake, that can be seen only in the archive for a dark background. Names of files containing numbers (E.g.: kiss3.gif) are not shown in the right way by Miranda plug-ins. It looks like a gibberish of 100 (less or more) signs after the smile. If you have such problem with a standard set, you should download it from the site, I’ve updated it having corrected this bug.

I have updated the archive KOLOBOK For IEView. Original for Miranda IM. The problem is, that many ICQ-codes are so incomprehensible in smileys’ performances, that I initially compared some of them with my own works. The same situation is with QIP. As result these three clients using smileys couldn‘t understand each other. First of all I corrected the QIP-archive, now its time for Miranda IM. I tried to coordinate both these clients, and their standard sets are now quite identic. It means that Miranda IM –users and QIP-users will fully understand each other’s codes. The only exception are several extra koloboks (2-3 codes in each one, E.g. QIP has the code *HELP*, and Miranda hasn’t), which I haven’t deleted from Miranda or added to QIP, because users became accustomed to them and don’t want to change them. But these missing codes will be in the extended version of the other client. So, the [Big Pack] QIP will be equal to the [Big Pack] Miranda. But it will happen a little bit later. I ask you to inform me about any mistakes found by you on Forum for suggestions concerning the archive.

Fresh forces in koloboks family. As appeared, i wasn't have smoking kolobok. I've quickly corrected this annoying omission. I tell lies, actually it wasn't quickly, but almost day, and now puffing smoke rings kolobok is accessible in standard emotion section. Like as all works with continuous animation (fire, smoke and other), it has turned out heavy. But I've no place to go from this. Also, I've duplicated it for a light background.

In our archive appeared the new set of smileys KOLOBOK For QiP. Original [Big Pack]. I was asked many times to make this set, but I had no time for it. Now it's ready, you can download it and give references even to those, who can only play solitaire and write texts on computer. The archive is selfextracting, you only need to point the folder and it will decompress itself in the QIP-directory on default.

This set contains about 100 smileys expressing the basic emotions as well as special emotions for ladies. I hope, it will be good for both, male and female Internet users, and will help them understand each other. There are only koloboks for light background in the archive. If you like it, I’ll may be do the same for the dark one.

Recently a new version of the popular pager QIP build 7960 appeared. Besides some changes in the program code this new version has also big changes in the codes of animated smileys. These codes wee initially wrong interpreted from ICQ. As result people using ICQ and QIP couldn’t understand each other, while using the same codes. Many users complained about it and asked me to coordinate the meaning of codes and koloboks. I have consequently corrected also my own archive, that I had before. Some smileys in this set may differ from the original, because my tastes differ from the tastes of the Inf (the author of QIP). But I think it may be seen as an advantage, because you have two different sets.

The version for dark background was also corrected by me. For those who use the old version of the program, there is a special smileys’ configuration file for the old versions. As I began painting my first smile, I couldn’t imagine how difficult is gif. I started to think about it, as my kolobok refused to hid his hand, which I once used in the first frames of the file. I had to read, why he’s acting like this and how I can change it. As result I learnt how to use the features of this format. The skeleton of this article I had a long time ago, but today I gathered it and published on my site. I hope, those, who could hardly imagine what gif is, can now get acquainted to it avoiding frequent mistakes.
